Workout to the Bee Gees! This is a short 10 minute workout created for Bee Gees fans! This is a low impact, beginner workout suitable for all ages but mostly with seniors in mind (since you are the ones who were around in the 70's when the great bands like the Bee Gees were getting all of you out on the dance floor!). I had fun creating this video and I hope you enjoy it, too. The total step count is 1177. Please keep in mind there will be ads in the video.
