Full body high intensity workout to get you super sweaty and super happy afterwards! Let's take your physical fitness to the next level! Let's do it!

I'm using set of 10 lbs dumbbells each today. This is full body fat burning workout and we will hit every muscle in you body, burn a lot of calories and fat all-over your body! This weight loss workout challenge is very sweaty and high calorie burning total body workout! Incorporating cardio and strength training with pilates exercises is a superb way to stay completely fit. Cardio will keep your heart healthy, strength training will keep your muscles and joints strong, yoga will keep you lean and prevent injury in the other two areas.
