A chair-based exercise video for people who are elderly or have mobility issues has been produced by Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership in collaboration with Live Active Leisure. The aim of the video is to help people increase their independence through activities that strengthen their muscles and improve their flexibility. The exercise programme can help with everyday activities such as getting up, using the bath or even getting dressed.

The video will be used in local residential care homes and sheltered housing complexes, but anyone who thinks they may benefit can try it out in their own home.
