PMF @Home 20-25 Min Dumbbell workout 7

For today's workout All you need is two dumbbells thats it! It is total body workout that will leave you feeling accomplished, going through the main movement patterns, in a blistering pace! Oh and you will finish will a core blaster as well.

Start your workout off with our signature PMF Movement Prep and then hop right in.
To begin this workout simply perform all 3 of the KBell exercises and then take a 1min break and repeat for 6 rounds.

1-Romaninan deadlift
2-Clean and press
3-Multi plane lunges
4-Bent over row 30 sec each each side
5-Kneeling rotational chops 30 sec each each side
1 min break x 6 rounds

Finisher perform 30 seconds on 30 seconds off of
1-Side to side bear crawl
2-Curl up
x 5
