For today's workout All you need is two dumbbells thats it! It is total body workout that will leave you feeling accomplished, going through the main movement patterns, in a blistering pace! Oh and you will finish will a core blaster as well.
Start your workout off with our signature PMF Movement Prep and then hop right in.
