When should you run a design sprint?

The Design Sprint is an 5 day process that brings a product team from a big challenge to a user tested prototype.

Everybody seems to be getting a little crazy about this whole Design Sprint thing! But a Design Sprint is a very intense process that just can't be done on a weekly basis (nor should it!) So, when should you do a Design Sprint then? When will your team get the most out of it? It's a question we get all the time... so we thought we'd answer it in a video!
