The Buddha once said: “Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.” This represents the idea of mindfulness. When we practice being mindful, we bring our attention to the present moment, and this is the only moment we can ever be sure of.

Today we will experience the practice of mindfulness in meditation so that you might more easily take this state into all that you do.
