A practice to start your day. Although this practice can be done at any time of day. A flowing sequence warming, stretching, and strengthening the body. With attention to breath, we have the opportunity to focus the mind and body. This is an all-level practice for the Vinyasas (flow with breath) style of asana (physical) practice.
