Counting Stones

video thumbnail
In this short teaching, Mingyur Rinpoche talks about the Tibetan practice of counting stones, which was used to reflect on one's positive and negative qualities. As he explains, when we first bring awareness to our thoughts and actions, we often focus on the negative, but with practice we learn to see our positive qualities more and more. Eventually, we may even see challenges and difficulties as opportunities to learn and grow.

This video includes subtitle captions in English and Spanish.
