Jorge Masvidal is an American Professional MMA Fighter. You probably know him from Kimbo Slice’ legendary fighting videos.

What we really like about Jorge’s training is that he’s incorporating a beautiful Snatch technique. Kudos and respect to his coach Jesus Gallo.

As usual, I've skimmed through his workouts and put my coaching brains to the test. I’ve compiled a list of 9 exercises and transferred them to the kettlebell.

8. Suitcase Deadlift
9. Kettlebell Snatch
10. Kettlebell Reverse Crunch
11. BONUS: HS Swing
12. BONUS: Power Clean & Squat

The workout protocol works like this:

- 10 - 12 Exercises
- Do 5 Reps per exercise (unless otherwise indicated)
- Use lighter weights; except for the final exercise
