So I would suggest people having PCOS should cut down red meat totally they can take lean meat or from a legumes pulses etc. More sugar products they should not consume sugar things which is very sweet and fast food, junk food, oily food everything has to be cut down no editor beverages, no food drinks and no ice cream, no high calorie coffee and no food which is sweet in nature and give immediately spike in blood sugar so all those food you need to cut down and eat healthy food, do some exercises everyday reduce stress levels.
