1. Consistency
- Building muscle takes a while. So to build muscle you need to be patient and build a habit to go to the gym and work hard in it two or more times a week.
2. Recovery
- To build the most muscle you need to not only work hard inside the gym but also recover. So make sure to get 8 hours of sleep a night and recover at least 48 hours before working that same muscle group again
3. Muscle memory
- If you work hard and gain a bunch of muscle ee then you stop going to the gym for a while if you start going to the gym again you will more easily gain back that muscle that you lost while not working out.
