Brad Panovich Weather Vlog Monday, Nov. 28: There is a low chance of severe weather Wednesday in the Charlotte, North Carolina, area. The bigger threat is to the west of the Carolinas, where severe weather is likely across the Deep South, including Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee and Louisiana. In this weather update, WCNC Charlotte meteorologist Brad Panovich breaks down the severe weather threat in the Charlotte metro and the entire Southeast.
