Adding our TB12 Resistance Bands to a key functional exercise like a squat is an easy way to improve the explosive power and strength through your glutes, quads, and core.

As with any exercise, form is crucial, so focus on your technique so that you're able to safely and comfortably complete this exercise with only your bodyweight before adding resistance from either bands or weight. If you find your knees are collapsing in towards each other through the movement, use a light, short looped band around your knees and focus on pushing your knees apart into the tension of the band.
