40 Minute Full Body Strength & Conditioning HIIT Workout | EFFORT - Day 11

Today's workout is all about staying moving with 3 exercises per circuit. We will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and perform 3 rounds of each circuit. We have a fun 2 minute finisher at the end as we break down a burpee into three parts and I know you're going to crush it with me! Yes you can and yes you will!

The exercises:
1. Front rack squat clean
2. Mountain climbers
3. Burpee push up to squat hold
4. Push Press
5. Suitcase with dumbbell
6. Bicycles
7. Split squat and curl
8. Marching Tricep OH Extension
9. Sit up to reverse sit up
10. RDL under hand row
11. Skater lunges
12: Burpee finisher!
