Hello everyone and thanks for tuning in to today's ten day forecast video. We're going to look at the weather for the next ten to fourteen days. Day ten will take us to the twenty-first of June - and we'll be able to extend out beyond that with the extended and ECM ensembles (they run to around a couple of weeks)

High pressure remains in control of the weather this weekend and temperatures have become much hotter with easily the hottest weather of the summer so far. Looking ahead to next weekend and beyond high pressure remains in control so the weather will stay mostly dry and very warm or hot but with a thundery low getting closer to the south in around a weeks time and hints of very hot air surging northwards from north Africa the scene could be set for a hot and thundery final ten days of the month perhaps?
