Hello everyone and thanks for tuning in to today's ten day forecast video. We're going to look at the weather for the next ten to fourteen days. Day ten will take us to the ninth of April - and we'll be able to extend out beyond that with the extended GFS and ECM ensembles (they run to around a couple of weeks)

A deep area of low pressure will bring wet and windy weather to much of the country in the next couple of days but looking at the early part of next week high pressure starts to build through the country bringing drier weather with it. As we go further on through the first of April we still see a trend towards high pressure to dominate the weather for much of the time so a big change could well be on the way for April, after a very wet March.
