In this 8 min fat burning workout we will be doing two hiit jump rope tabatas. A tabata is 20 sec. work followed by 10 sec rest for a total of 8 rounds. We will be doing two of these back to back. It’s all jump rope, but we will be doing different skills throughout. If you don’t know how to do the skill just pick one that you do know. Don’t worry about trip ups.
