There’s a lot of conflicting information about losing body fat, getting lean, and maintaining a lean physique. A lot of the typical advice out there is also not very realistic for natural lifters, and it can lead you down the wrong path. Many fake nattys are promoting getting shredded and living a shredded lifestyle all year round. This causes beginner and intermediate naturals to chase a physique under 10% body fat without knowing what they’re getting themselves into.

In this video, I share what’s, in my opinion, the best body fat percentage for a natural lifter to set as a goal. I break down three levels ranging from sub-10% body fat to 15 - 16% body fat, going through the benefits and drawbacks. I also included my honest recommendations for how long to spend at each level to get the best results on your fitness journey.
