While fine dining isn't our normal style, our very good friends from the US were able to score us all reservations at Noma in Copenhagen. We told them if you visit us in Denmark then we will join you at Noma. And the idea that hatched in May became a reality in September. The timing was perfect as Noma recently received their 3rd Michelin star!

It was a fabulous evening spent with wonderful friends and flavors and style I've never experienced in food before. It was unforgettable and we thank Michael and Judy for coming to Copenhagen and letting us share it with you.
