LIVESTREAM - Strength Training and Cardio HIIT Workout At Home

Join us for a great session concentrating on building strength and your cardio health in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style.

We'll be using light weights (dumbbells optional) but you can also substitute using water bottles or cans of soup. You can also just join in doing the movements if you prefer a modified version without weights.
