A motivational speaker and advocate for personal success and leadership, Chhun has worked in construction, teaching, management, operations, and as a trainer for disadvantaged youth. He is the founder of his own NGO (Humanity Organization to Development), which works to empower people to create the change they want to see in the world.

TEDx was created in the spirit of TED's mission, "ideas worth spreading." The program is designed to give communities, organizations and individuals the opportunity to stimulate dialogue through TED-like experiences at the local level.
