"Dr David....you've been a blessing for me with your advice on cartilage repair and avoiding knee surgery. The OS tells me I'm bone on bone and I need knee replacements and I'm trying to avoid this. Watching your videos with the appropriate exercises but really worried about damaging my knees further. I'm 67 and regular with 10mins bicycle at home and pilates 3 times a week and a bit of walking.
