Intermittent Fasting Tips - 7 tips to stay motivated on OMAD

In this video, I share 7 tips to stay motivated during Intermittent Fasting and OMAD based on my personal experience.

Fasting doesn’t have to be torturous. Once you unlock the mechanism, intermittent fasting will become as natural as breathing. During my one-month OMAD challenge, I used alls 7 intermittent fasting tips, and they helped me stay motivated and on track to finishing the fasting challenge.

Intermittent fasting tips that I share in this video include measuring your Ketone and Blood Glucose levels. Once you start tracking these parameters, you will easily stay motivated and on track with intermittent fasting and OMAD goals.
