Our focus today is a full body and abs workout. This total body power strength workout with weights and medicine ball. For this full body strength and abs workout challenge, you will need a pair of dumbbell, your mat and your medicine ball (optional). We will begin with a warm up cardio exercises, then will continue with strength dumbbells exercises, core and abs compound exercises with medicine ball. I am using light dumbbells today - 12 lbs each and 8 lbs medicine ball! This is a demanding workout so make sure to stay hydrated, smile and do your absolutely best!
