This is your total body HIIT workout without equipment. This high intensity Interval training workout include exercises for legs, shoulders, arms, back and abs.
For this HIIT workout challenge, you will need just your mat and your water! We have 8 blocks, and we are doing 60 sec intervals and taking breaks for 30 seconds.
