It's time to get your heart rate up with me! Join me in this jump rope and abs workout to crush it today!

We are going to work in 45 seconds increments with 15 seconds rest and we will be rocking through 1 round of each exercise. We will complete 3 jump rope exercises and 3 abs exercises and close out the workout with a 2 minute finisher. Let's do it! Grab your rope, your sweat towel and your water and let's crush it! The exercises: 1. Jump Rope 2. Left foot for 30 right foot for 30 3. Scissor chops 4. Jackknives with rope 5. Seated Twists with rope and straight arms 6. Bicycles with straight arm rope 7. Jump Rope 8. High knee jump rope 9. Double single skips 10. Toe touches 11. Leg Raises 12. Forearm planks 13. Jump rope lateral agility 14. Jump rope squat pops 15. Two feet in the middle and single skater lunge to the side 16. Plank Jack Shoulder Taps 17. Suitcases 18. Knee to elbow crunch and single leg reach 19. Jump rope heel toe left then right 20. Open and Close 21. Circular jump rope 22. Canoe hold flutter 23. Rotate canoe side to side with knee crunch 24.
