This 20 minute spinning workout is an indoor cycling class that you can do in the gym or at home if you have a spin bike. A 20 minute spinning class is a great way to supplement your strength workouts with a bit of cardio. This 20 minute spin workout is intense, so you can get a decent fat burn in a short bike class.

If you’ve never done a spinning class before, you may be surprised by how much you like it. Indoor cycling is a great type of cardio because it is easy on your joints and can be done on the same day as a regular strength training workout. You decide how much resistance to use in cycle training. If you are a beginner or are looking for a less intense spin, set your resistance lower. If you are more advanced or are wanting a more intense fat burning spinning workout you can set the resistance as high as you can manage.
