I am Matthias Bühler also known as Hurdleaddict. I am 2 time Olympian over 110m Hurdles and 8 Time German Champ

In my carreer I learned to most from 2013-2018 at the altis fascily in Phoenix Arizona (USA) where I trained with World Class Athlets like 110m HurdlesWorld Record Holder Aries Merrit (USA), Mikel Thomas (TTO) , Anaso Jobodwana (SA), Andre De Grasse (CAN) and many more......

I am still competiting and my big goal is to compete at the European Champs in Munich 2022

My Goal is that you improve your performance as a Athlet, not only one the track, also in the gym and your nutriton. A big theme I will introduce is recovery. Its one of the most important parts as a athlet to stay healthy. Hopefully you will get fast like Usain Bolt!
