Charlot Barker shares the keys to changing your life through technology: Caring, Creativity, and Courage, and uses stories and examples to back it up. Charlot is Assistant Dierctor in Information Technology at the Chester County Intermediate Unit. She and her department support the technologies used by a diverse group of colleagues and students in over 60 locations in Southeastern Pennsylvania. She enjoys promoting the use of technology to help educators and students be effective, motivated and engaged.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
