Hello everyone and thanks for tuning in to today's ten day forecast video. We're going to look at the weather for the next ten to fourteen days. Day ten will take us to the twenty-sixth of May - and we'll be able to extend out beyond that with the extended GFS and ECM ensembles (they run to around a couple of weeks)

High pressure will be ridging through the country this week bringing plenty of dry weather with it. After a chilly start to the week temperatures should become warmer by the weekend too. Looking ahead to the rest of May high pressure looks set to remain close to the country which should see mostly dry and warm weather lasting to months end although as ever the devil is in the detail... Todays GFS 00z run has gone very warm... but it looks like an outlier. Interesting none the less though...
