This fat burning workout combines strength, cardio, core and balance exercises. I designed this compound workout with everyone in mind-beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. More muscle you are able to add to your workout the more metabolically active tissue you will have working in your favor to burn calories even at rest. Today workout include different circuits for an upper body exercise, a lower body exercise, a core exercise and a cardio exercise. We are talking about a total body burn! I'm using 8 lb dumbbells today! So grab your light dumbbells and follow along. Let's build lean muscle and burn fat faster!
