This workout challenge is an excellent fat burning and body sculpting class! I'm using set of 5 lbs dumbbells (each)! We are doing 49 minute non stop strength and cardio supersets - strength exercises using dumbbells for resistance plus full body compound exercises for legs, arms, back and effective abs exercise! We have some good bodyweight cardio exercises as well! This is really effective way to build lean muscle and burn fat at the same time. Make sure to stay hydrated, smile and do your absolutely best!
