The Most Overlooked Part Of Posture Correction

To fix your posture once and for all you need to correct up to 12 different aspects of poor posture. The most overlooked posture issue is restriction of the joints at the front of the chest—in the breastbone (the sternomanubrial joint), and the joints between the collar bones & sternum (the sternoclavicular joint). These joints can seize up in a pressed in, concave position, making it harder to straighten up into good posture. (Have you ever felt your sternum crack? This is one of the joints that can become restricted due to a slumped, rounded position with your shoulders forward.) So, here’s how to correct this area to help fix poor posture (and sternomenubrial pain).
