10 Min Mini Trampoline Workout |

Welcome to my 10 Min Mini Trampoline Workout! We will be repeating 7 exercises 2 times with one round of sprints in between. The timer will be on for 30 secs for each move, with no rest in between moves. This workout has a short warm-up, so please take more time if needed. There is not stretch included in this video, but I have linked some stretch routines below. I hope you enjoy! :)
