Boxer Step - Execution:
Swing the rope around your body - Hop up as the rope travels under your feet and land with your weight focused on your left foot, while your right foot gently touches the ground. - Then go for another swing and Swing THE rope around your body and land with your weight focused on your right foot, while your left foot gently touches the ground. Continue skipping shifting your weight from side to side.
