The NordicTrack FS14i is a unique elliptical with powerful magnetic resistance and an adjustable stride. The FS14i can mimic running or stair stepping as well as a traditional elliptical motion. Its stride length ranges from 0 to 32 inches. It has large moving handles but does not have stationary handles.

There are 26 resistance levels. These range from quite easy to very hard. It is best to increase the resistance rather than increase your stride rate for more difficulty. The FS14i also inclines and declines from -10% to 10%. The incline and decline create a more immersive training experience with the iFIT content.

The FS14i requires a lot of floor space and additional room to accommodate its large stride. It is a cumbersome machine that cannot be easily moved around. We recommend finding the FS14i a permanent location.
