The holidays can be a time of great cheer - eating amazing foods we only eat once a year, spending time with loved ones, eating, watching football, eating. You get the idea, right? All that eating, holiday stress, eating foods rich and yummy that we eat only a few times each year can wreak havoc on your digestion!

This practice is all about bringing balance to your digestive system - only 30 minutes because I know you don't have lots of time right now.
