Using Sound To Improve Your Rowing | Rowing at 38 Vlog #9

video thumbnail
My name is Travis. Fifteen years ago I was a pretty fast rower, then life happened. Now I'm 38, father to a 3 year old, and starting a new career. I've spent 12 years as a professional rowing coach helping athletes unlock their potential.

A year ago I was 204 lbs and struggling with numerous health issues. Now I'm at 172 lbs and much healthier, but the struggle is real and I'm taking it one day at a time. Target weight is 150 lbs (I'm 5'8") while eating as much as I want, when I want.

Welcome to my journey.

This vlog will chronicle my training and my return to a healthy and fit lifestyle. I hope that by sharing my experience and insights, you may find it easier to achieve success on your own journey. It'll also help keep me accountable :)
