A dumbbell cardio strength workout that really demands everything you have got! Get ready for a full-on full body sweat session! If you don’t have your aerobic bench, you can be creative and use stairs or any stable surface (you can do this workout without bench at all)
We will begin with warm up and continue with cardio-strength compound exercises such a leg extension or seated leg curl and finish strong with pilates workout!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 5 lbs each! This full body cardio and strength workout will leave you sweaty yet feeling so happy to have completed such a demanding workout!
Make sure to stay hydrated, smile and do your absolutely best!
