My name is Alyssa Kuhn and I am a physical therapist and arthritis specialist with Keep the Adventure Alive. My main mission is to show you that you CAN move, even with arthritic joints! This 20 minute workout requires no equipment and can easily be done right at home. This workout is for those who are looking to get started with movement or who are looking to spice up their current routine. This combines aerobic cardio exercises as well as balance exercises to show your arthritic joints that its okay to move! Whether you have osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, degenerative disc disease, or chronic joint pain that seems to be lingering, join me in this workout!
