When I started track and field I was just a average Athlet but I had such good coaches who taught me everything about it, so I made it two time the olympic team. Its actually crazy to me but now I want to give something back to help you and share all the information I have.

I am Matthias Bühler also known as Hurdleaddict. I am 2 time Olympian over 110m Hurdles and 8 Time German Champ

I opened this youtube channel that you can learn how to getfaster, stronger and healthier. I will show my running workouts, weightlifting, athlet recovery and also nutrition tips .

In my carreer I learned to most from 2013-2018 at the altis fascily in Phoenix Arizona (USA) where I trained with World Class Athlets like 110m HurdlesWorld Record Holder Aries Merrit (USA), Mikel Thomas (TTO) , Anaso Jobodwana (SA), Andre De Grasse (CAN) and many more......

I am still competiting and my big goal is to compete at the world champs 2022 in Eugene and the European Champs in Munich

My Goal is that you improve your performance as a Athlet, not only one the track, also in the gym and your nutriton. A big theme I will introduce is recovery. Its one of the most important parts as a athlet to stay healthy.
