In this video, I will be demonstrating how to do exercises to help reduce high blood pressure. This workout that actually causes your body to release nitric oxide, which promotes good health in many ways. By practicing these exercises regularly, you can control your blood pressure. It will also strengthen your arms, shoulders and legs.

It also helps you stay calm and releases negative emotions, for example: anger, anxiety, agitation and frustration. You can spend 10 - 15 min every day. 10 Minutes of exercises, which leads to you getting one hour benefits. In the beginning of the exercises when you do it, you can do it 5-10 times for every set of exercises. You gradually increase the sets of exercises over time.
