you are engaged in more intense workouts you are going to speed up your weight loss. When it comes to calories burned, the treadmill is our winner. When exercising at brisk pace it is possible to burn 600 to 700 calories per hour while when using an exercise bike you burn 400 to a maximum of 500 calories.
