3 - Aerial: Instead of working by friction or magnets, the resistance is generated by a large fan. As you exercise on the machine, the air acts as a natural resistance. The more intensively you exercise, the more the resistance increases.

FLYWHEEL ⚙️
It can be located at the rear or at the front, and is a fundamental factor to take into account. If it is at the back, there is greater inertia and a smoother, more comfortable stride, ideal for beginners. If, on the other hand, it is at the front, the exercise is flatter and the stride is longer, which makes more advanced training possible.

The weight of the flywheel itself is also important. A flywheel of 7 kg offers a good feeling without jumping, but if you want to train intensively, we recommend a flywheel weight of more than 14 kg.

STRIDE LENGTH

The length of the pedal is the distance from one pedal to the other when we get on it, with our legs open. The difference can vary greatly from one model to another, ranging from 18 cm to 55 cm. This has a huge influence on the comfort of your training, so it is important to take this into account. As a general rule, the taller you are, the more important it is to have a long stride.
