Week 10 carnivore diet weight loss results have been amazing. I’ve lost 35.2lbs of weight so far and I’m feeling awesome. Still the only other time I dropped weight this quickly was on a 7 day water fast. I'm a dad, husband, entrepreneur, on a mission to be healthy, increase performance, and be the best dad, husband, leader version of myself. I’m in this to experience a better quality of life, have better health, and add more life to my life. A few weeks before I started this carnivore keto diet lifestyle I thought that people who did the carnivore diet were just keto crazies and influencers that were doing it for Internet attention and maybe event to spite vegans, which is hilarious, however I recently learned that’s not the only reason people do it. One day, while watching YouTube I came across a random clip of an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience via @joerogan featuring @JordanBPeterson where Jordan told of his experience being on the keto carnivore diet for over a year. He also shared his daughter @mikhaila story of how she was able to gain her life back on a very strict carnivore diet she calls the Lion diet after suffering for most of her life. Next I read the book The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino @Paulsaladinomd and watched YouTube videos by @KenDBerryMD , @ShawnBakerMD , and 2 weeks later I got committed and found myself on this crazy journey documenting my progress. After 10 weeks and 35.2lbs total weight loss, I’m pleased with the results so far and will continue on this journey to better health, being a better dad, husband, entrepreneur, and setting a better example for my children.
