At Home 45 Minute CHAIR WORKOUT | Chair Exercises for Seniors and Beginners | Full body workout

This 45 minute chair workout is suitable for beginners and seniors who are ready for a longer workout. The chair exercises are safe for beginners and include cardio, strength training, core training, and stretching. This is definitely tougher than the usual 30 minute class due to the longer duration but go at your own pace, listen to your body, and do what works for YOU. You can always slow down the pace if it's too challenging (or speed it up).
