The only meat I had was chicken, never fish. I drank a lot of fruit smoothies and used only skimmed milk. I also had fat free yogurts, oats, berries and plenty of green vegetables. Running: My average treadmill workout was 10 minutes warm up, then 45 minute jog as speed 9km/h (5.5mp/h) and then I finished with a 10 minute warm down followed by stretching.
