Under the FINRA Code of Arbitration, the final hearings are held in the state where the customer resides. FINRA currently holds final hearings in all 50 states plus Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom. Accordingly, the burden on the investor is reduced because they do not have to travel far for the final hearings in their case. |
