FINRA arbitration is intended to be final and binding on all the parties. According... while as a matter of law, a FINRA arbitration award can be appealed if the party appealing the case can either prove some form of misconduct on the part of the arbitrator, or the failure to disclose a bias that impacted the arbitrator's decision.
