Yoga for beginners all level class with Jacob Cino. This is a simple 22-minute practice that is a great introduction to flow yoga (Vinyasa) . Slow enough so that anyone can keep up. That being said if this is your first time doing yoga. Take your time. Listen to the body and don't do anything that feels like too much. Move with the breath and observe the body and mind. Enjoy and share.
